I am Gauri Rao Sharma, a Leadership and Life Transitions Coach  dedicated to guiding people through their crossroads—whether career shifts, burnout, relationships, or to leader a fuller, more meaningful life.

I have over a decade of experience facilitating behavioral training workshops for corporates and coaching individuals in their professional and personal journeys.​​

With my understanding of psychological tools like Transactional Analysis and Jungian coaching I can help you navigate change with insight, clarity and courage.

In addition to being an ICF accredited coach, I am also Licensed Guide to MapsTell, a behavioral mapping assessment and have a Masters in Human Resources.
